- Switcher First National Argentina.
- Belgrano and Instituto were added to the first division.
- Switcher Primera B Chilena.
- 16 teams in the first division and 16 teams in the second division.

3. Tutorial install Dream Patch 2024 Septiembre
a. Install Dream Patch September
Dream Patch 2024 is required to be installed
- Step 1: Unzip and copy everything to the game installation folder (where the pes2021.exe file is located), overwrite if asked
- Step 2: Delete the file EDIT00000000 in the save folder
Documents\KONAMI\eFootball PES 2021 SEASON UPDATE\{number}\save
b. Install Dream Patch September Update
Requires installed Dream Patch 2024 and Dream Patch 2024 September (section a)
- Step 1: Unzip and copy everything to the game installation folder, overwrite if asked
- Step 2: Open “Dream Patch Switcher.exe” and select the corresponding switcher.
- Step 3: Click “Apply database” and “Apply stadium data”
- Step 3: Open the game through the file sider.exe in Dream Patch Sider.
- Step 4: Enjoy!
