Make sure your game is up to date with Data Pack 7.00
Step 1: Back up the original game file (IMPORTANT)
You must do this step to be able to switch between patches or return to the original game if an error occurs. How to back up:
- Create a folder “Backup” in the game installation folder, copy the 2 folders “Download” and “data” into the newly created folder.
- Same goes for save file in the Document folder.
Step 2: Decompression

- Put 17 part of the patch into 1 folder and decompress the file RetroFootball_Alpha.part01 (Subsequent parts will be automatically decompressed)
- Continue decompressing the file RetroFootball_Alpha_Data_Download When finished extracting, you will have 2 folders as shown in the picture below.

Step 3: Copying the files of the patch
- Copy the save folder in the RetroFootball Alpha folder (just finished extracting) and overwriting the save folder (backed up in step 1) in the document folder of the game.
- Copy all 2 folders in the folder RetroFootball_Alpha_Data_Download (just finished extracting) and overwriting to the game installation directory.
Step 4: Attention with Sider
a) With the Steam version you just need to turn on Sider in the folder RetroFootball Alpha to be able to play.
b) For the Crack version: change this line in sider.ini in the folder RetroFootball Alpha
start.game = "steam://rungameid/1259970"
into
;start.game = "steam://rungameid/1259970"
