Step 1: Download and extract
Step 2: Run the file “eFootball PES 2021 Andri Patch 2023 V9 AIO.exe” in the Setup folder. Then install it to your PES 2021 game installation directory.
Step 3: Open the “Option File” folder and copy the file EDIT00000000 into the save folder
Documents\KONAMI\eFootball PES 2021 SEASON UPDATE\{number}\save
Step 4: Open Dpfilelist Generator and choose the cpk order as shown below and click Generate
Step 5: Complete the installation of version 9.0
b. Update version 9.1
